the license. This is a straight-forward ceremony with all the key elements and no add ins.
Meet at the Wedding Location and run through the ceremony and set up the entrances and exits and coordinate with the venue. Rehearsal should not exceed 1 hour.
Travel beyond 20 miles from the selected Officiants home base area is extra.
For travel over 100 miles call for pricing.

Standard wedding music can be provided at no additional charge and includes: Entrance music, Bride Entrance Music and Recessional music. If you have special requests I can try to download it.

Sand or Rose Ceremony $25
If you want the Sand Ceremony, Mothers Rose Ceremony or Couples Rose Exchange included in your wedding I will provide the sand and
keepsake container or 2 roses for presentation. You must request this in advance.
Themed Wedding from $450
If you want something a little different than the standard wedding ceremony, consider a Themed Wedding Ceremony. Together we can customise
a ceremony that incorporates your theme. Anything Goes!!
Deluxe Wedding Package $565

A traditional ethnic Filipino Ceremony. Includes Cord, Veil and Coins.

Custom Desinging of your Ceremony including any Ceremony you like and unlimited add-ins (sand ceremony and custom vows extra). 4. Designing the Choreography of the Processional and Recessional as needed. 5. Professionally performing a Fun and Romantic Ceremony of your choice. 6. Working with the venue coordinator, Photographer/Videographer and DJ to make sure we are all in sync 7. My signing and mailing the license.

I am authorized to issue Confidential Marriage Licenses in LA County. The Ceremony must take place within the County. The license
will be issued at my office. For license Issued at your location additional fees apply.

Terms and Conditions
1. Deposits
• Deposits are not refundable but are transferable to another date if done prior to one week before the booked date.
• If paid in full, a refund (minus the $100 deposit) will only be issued if canceled prior to one week before the booked date
• If you need my services for more than an hour due to delays, additional fees may apply.
• If we cancel and are unable to perform your ceremony all of the money you paid will be refunded.
• The balances of all fees are due before the ceremony takes place.
• If you cancel within 48 hours of booked time and do not transfer to another date you will owe for the entire ceremony fee.
2. It is vital that our Officiant starts when they are scheduled at your event. Our Officiants often times have multiple bookings and it is imperative that they start at the designated time to stay on schedule as being delayed could affect their next event.
3. The client may be charged $25.00 for every 15 minutes the Officiant has to wait past the scheduled time.
4. Restrain all pets from the area of the ceremony. Animals and our Officiants are not to interact in any capacity unless approved in advance.
5. A safe environment must be provided for our Officiants. Drunken guests and rowdy individuals are to be kept away from our Officiants. If the Officiant at any time feels unsafe, threatened or in danger they will leave the event and the client will be charged for the full package.
6. A gratuity for Officiant is optional and left up to the client.
7. Many of our Officiants have multiple events scheduled throughout the day, therefore, it is imperative that they start at the designated time to stay on schedule.
8. By receiving service from “SoCalOfficiant” you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated above. If you do not agree to any or all of the terms and conditions please contact “SoCalOfficiant” before filling out the order form.
