Availability Request
Terms and Conditions

1. Retainer Fee
• Retainer fees are not refundable but are transferable to another date if done prior to one week before the booked date.

• If paid in full, a refund (minus the $100 retainer fee) will only be issued if canceled prior to one week before the booked date

• If you need my services for more than an hour due to delays, additional fees may apply.

• If we cancel and are unable to perform your ceremony all of the money you paid will be refunded ASAP.

• The balances of all fees are due before the ceremony takes place.

• If you cancel within 48 hours of booked time and do not transfer to another date you will owe for the entire ceremony fee.

2. It is vital that our Officiant starts when they are scheduled at your event. Our Officiants often times have multiple bookings and it is imperative that they start at the designated time to stay on schedule as being delayed could affect their next event.

3. The client may be charged $25.00 for every 15 minutes the Officiant has to wait past the scheduled time.

4. Restrain all pets from the area of the ceremony. Animals and our Officiants are not to interact in any capacity unless approved in advance.

5. A safe environment must be provided for our Officiants. Drunken guests and rowdy individuals are to be kept away from our Officiants. If the Officiant at any time feels unsafe, threatened or in danger they will leave the event and the client will be charged for the full package.

6. A gratuity for Officiant is optional and left up to the client.

7. Many of our Officiants have multiple events scheduled throughout the day, therefore, it is imperative that they start at the designated time to stay on schedule.

8. By receiving service from “SoCalOfficiant” you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated above. If you do not agree to any or all of the terms and conditions please contact “SoCalOfficiant” before filling out the order form.

9. Filling out the order form signifies you agree to the terms and conditions set forth and will serve as a written contract between you and “SoCalOfficiant”.
